How to redeem your points for a discount
To use your points, follow these steps:
- Click the "Points" button on the website.
- Go to "Ways to redeem".
- You will see the option:
Order discount
100 points = €1
This means that for every 100 points, you can get a €1 discount.
For example:
100 points = €1 discount
200 points = €2 discount
300 points = €3 discount
- Click on "View".
- Select the number of points you want to use.
- Click the "Redeem" button.
After redeeming the points, the system will generate a discount coupon. Copy that coupon and use it in the cart or on the payment screen before finalizing your order.
Where do I enter the points coupon?
When you are finishing your purchase, you will see a space to enter a discount code.
There you should paste the coupon generated with your points.
Then click Apply or wait for the website to apply it automatically.
You will see the discount reflected in the order total before paying.
Very important: always check that the discount is applied before finalizing the purchase.
How to accumulate points
You can consult all the ways to earn points by clicking the "Points" button and then "Ways to earn".
Normally, you can accumulate points for actions such as purchasing from our store or participating in the options available within the points program.
You can also use the option "Refer your friends".
From there, you can share a link with a friend. If your friend uses that link, they can receive a discount coupon, and you can also benefit according to the program's conditions.
How to refer Punto y Arte to a friend
Within the points panel, you will find the option:
"Refer your friends"
There you will see a special link that you can copy or share.
You just have to click "Share" or copy the link and send it via WhatsApp, email, or message.
Your friend can use that link to receive their reward, for example, a discount coupon.
I can't find the points button, what should I do?
If you don't see the "Points" button, try the following:
Refresh the page.
Wait a few seconds for the website to load.
Check that you don't have ad blockers or pop-up blockers activated.
Try from another browser or from a computer.
