Returns & Exchanges

Product Changes:

  • Punto y Arte will change all those products that are new and unused.

Right of Withdrawal:

  • The customer has 14 business days to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned packaged and in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer must return the product by courier (Post Office) and assume the costs this generates.

Lack of Conformity:

  • The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 14 days of becoming aware of it.

Application of Guarantees:

  • Taking into account the nature of some of the products marketed, these guarantees will apply whenever the type of product allows it.

Contractual Validity of the Order:

  • Once the purchase is completed, the order received has contractual validity, and a commitment on the part of the customer to receive it.

Purchase Restriction and Complaints:

  • Punto y Arte reserves the right to restrict purchases to customers who have returned a shipment cash on delivery or who have been impossible to locate for delivery. You may also be sued for breach of contract.

Refund Costs for Non-Compliance:

  • Given that returned shipments involve a cost, in the event that the customer cannot be contacted for delivery and the shipment is returned, the customer will be paid the amount of the merchandise, discounting this return cost.

Discounts and Offers:

  • Discounts and offers do not apply to previously made purchases if the order has already been shipped or prepared for shipping.

Custom Products:

  • Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for products ordered or made to measure for a specific client, threads, graphics or publications.

Returns for Reasons Attributable to the Buyer:

  • In the event that an order is returned for reasons attributable to the buyer, such as an incorrect address or failure to collect from Correos or Correos Express within the specified period, a solution will be offered that involves payment of a new shipping cost.

Deadline for Solution:

  • The client has 6 months to make a decision on the solution offered. After this period without resolution, the merchandise will remain the property of Punto y Arte without the option of claim by the client.

Purchase Voucher in Case of Withdrawal:

  • If the customer decides not to pay for a new shipment and cancels the purchase, a purchase voucher valid for 6 months will be issued that can be discounted from a new purchase. The amount of the voucher will be deducted from the shipping cost.

Client Responsibility:

  • It is considered the customer's responsibility to be aware of SMS and email notifications, as well as to show interest in the purchased merchandise.

Additional Shipping and Return Costs:

  • If a new shipment is made, the customer must assume the costs of this shipment.
