Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Spain.

Punto y Arte ships cross stitch kits, fabrics, threads and needlework accessories to Spain, Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom and many other countries worldwide.

All orders are prepared with care and securely packed to protect the products during transport. We work with reliable postal and courier services to offer safe national and international delivery.

Order processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible during business days. Products that are in stock are usually prepared faster. If your order includes products that are available on request, pre-order items or products with a longer preparation time, the order may be shipped once all items are ready.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the selected shipping method, customs processing and local delivery services.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries, including the USA, the UK and most European countries. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment.

For customers within the European Union, there are no customs duties.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import VAT, taxes or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless clearly stated at checkout. They are the responsibility of the customer.

Important information for UK customers

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees depending on the value of the order and current UK import rules.

For orders with a total value above £135, UK VAT and/or customs charges may be requested by the delivery company before delivery or upon collection. The courier or postal service may contact you directly if any payment is required.

Important information for USA customers

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees according to current US import regulations.

These charges are determined by US customs authorities and/or the delivery carrier. Punto y Arte cannot control or predict these fees in advance.

Delivery delays

International deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs controls, holidays, high shipping volume, weather conditions or local carrier issues. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, final delivery depends on the postal or courier service in the destination country.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Punto y Arte is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any additional reshipping fees.
