- At Punto y Arte we offer the option of purchasing products on request for our clients. These products may be high-end or temporarily out of stock.

Cancellation and Return Policy:
- If you decide to purchase a custom made product, remember that it can only be canceled or returned if it has any type of defect or defect. Punto y Arte is not obligated to accept exchanges or returns if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
Availability Check:
- Before adding a product to the cart, please enter the product to check if the item is on order.
Estimated Shipping Time:
- Below the "Add to Cart" button on each order product, a message will appear indicating the estimated shipping time, which is generally 30 to 45 business days.
Cancellation Before Ordering from the Supplier:
- If you want to cancel the order before requesting it from the supplier, it can be done at no cost to the customer.
Catalog Orders:
- If you wish to place an order from a catalogue, a deposit of 100% of the total value of the material will be required.
Non-Refund of Deposit After Receipt:
- In case of cancellation of the purchase once the order has been received, the deposit amount will not be returned.
Orders with Available and Under Order Items:
- If your order includes several items, and some of them are available in stock and others are not, they will be sent together in a single order with one shipping charge. However, if the items on order exceed 55 euros, they will be sent in 2 parts at no additional cost.
