Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs for Spain:

  • Shipping to mainland Spain costs €5.50 with Correos de España, with delivery in 2-5 business days, and is free for orders over €60.

    We also offer express shipping with Correos Express in 1-4 business days: €5.75 for orders up to €30 and €4.95 for orders over €30.

    For the Balearic Islands, shipping with Correos de España costs €5.85 for orders up to 0.25 kg and €6.50 for larger orders.

    For the Canary Islands, shipping with Correos de España costs €17.99, with delivery in 4-10 days.

Free Shipping:

  • They offer free shipping for orders over 60 euros in Spain, but this offer does not apply to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.

Delivery Times:

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after the order is received and are delivered according to the selected shipping type. Please note that orders are not delivered on holidays or weekends.

Order Delivery:

  • Orders are delivered on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to orders with Express shipping.

Express Shipping:

  • Express shipping is processed and delivered faster than standard shipping and is offered as an option for those who want quicker delivery.

Preparation and Shipping Times:

  • In general, shipments are prepared and dispatched within the estimated timeframes, but times may vary during peak seasons.

If you reside outside the European Union

If you reside outside the European Union, your order may incur customs fees and additional taxes. Such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the consumer, and Punto y Arte cannot be held responsible for or bear these costs. 

Peak Seasons and Possible Delays:

  • During high-volume order seasons, you may experience additional preparation times due to the large number of orders.

Orders After 2:15 PM:

  • Orders placed after 2:15 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Out of Stock Products:

  • In case of purchasing an item that is out of stock (On Order), shipments will be handled according to the policies previously mentioned, including shipping in two parts if the on-order items exceed 55 euros.

Product Availability:

  • Punto y Arte strives to keep product availability updated online, but inventory errors may occur.
  • If a customer purchases a product that is listed as available but is out of stock due to an inventory error, the full cost of the product will be refunded to the customer.

Delivery Address:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, round-trip shipping costs will not be refunded.

Address Changes After Shipment:

  • After an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Updated Contact Information:

  • Customers must keep their contact information updated in their account to facilitate communication and order delivery.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to attend to the deliveries of their orders and be available to receive them.

Policy in Case of Delivery Delay:

  • If an order does not arrive on time, customers should contact Punto y Arte to resolve the issue. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unpredictable factors.

Policy Against Threats and Possible Scams:

  • Punto y Arte takes appropriate measures in cases where customers threaten or attempt to defraud the store. A rigorous quality control is carried out, and the delivery status of orders is tracked.

Shipping Multiple Orders with a Single Tracking Number:

  • If a customer places two consecutive orders in a short period of time, the orders will be combined and shipped together in a single package with a unique tracking number.
