At Punto y Arte, we offer special conditions for shops, haberdasheries, distributors, creative industry professionals, and businesses related to cross-stitch, embroidery, and crafts.
If you have a physical shop, online shop, haberdashery, creative workshop, or distribute embroidery products, you can contact us to request information about our wholesale conditions.
We work with a wide selection of cross-stitch products, embroidery kits, fabrics, threads, accessories, and recognized brands in the sector, as well as selected products for professional clients.
Who can apply for wholesale conditions?
Wholesale conditions are aimed at professional clients, businesses, freelancers, shops, and distributors.
Wholesale information may be requested by:

Punto y Arte reserves the right to review each application and accept only those corresponding to a professional or commercial activity related to our products.
How to request wholesale access
To request wholesale information, you can contact us providing:

Once the request is received, we will review the information and respond with the available conditions based on the type of client, destination, requested products, and purchase volume.
Commercial conditions
Wholesale conditions may vary depending on the type of product, brand, availability, destination country, purchase volume, and current commercial agreements.
Discounts, special prices, minimum orders, payment methods, and shipping conditions will be communicated individually to each professional client.
Wholesale conditions are not necessarily cumulative with promotions, coupons, temporary offers, or discounts published for private clients, unless explicitly stated.
Punto y Arte reserves the right to modify commercial conditions, prices, discounts, or product availability when necessary.
Minimum order
Wholesale orders may be subject to a minimum purchase amount.
The minimum order may vary depending on the country, product type, brand, availability, or shipping conditions.
Before confirming the order, we will inform the professional client of the applicable conditions, including minimum order, shipping costs, payment method, and estimated preparation time.
Available products
The availability of products for wholesale may vary depending on stock, supplier, brand, season, promotional campaigns, or requested volume.
Some products may be available in stock, while others may require additional management or supplier request.
If a product is not available at the time of order preparation, we will inform the client to offer an alternative, await replenishment, modify the order, or deduct the corresponding amount.
Products on order for wholesalers
Some products can be managed on order.
This means that they are not necessarily available for immediate shipment and may be specifically requested from the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer once the order is confirmed.
Products on order may require additional time for management, receipt, and subsequent shipment.
Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the supplier, brand, country of origin, transport, customs, holidays, or external circumstances.
Preparation times
Wholesale orders may require more preparation time than individual orders, especially when they include many references, products on order, large quantities, or products from different suppliers.
The preparation time will be estimated before or after order confirmation, depending on product availability.
Punto y Arte will work to prepare each order as quickly as possible, but timelines may vary due to stock, volume, campaigns, holidays, or logistical incidents.
National and international shipping
We ship within Spain and can also manage international shipments, depending on the destination and the availability of the transport service.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on destination, weight, volume, order amount, and available transport company.
For shipments outside the European Union, the order may be subject to customs procedures, taxes, duties, or other import charges required by the destination country. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, these costs will be the responsibility of the client.
Punto y Arte is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border controls, administrative detentions, or management specific to the destination country.
Payment methods
Available payment methods for wholesale clients will be communicated during order processing.
Depending on the case, methods such as bank transfer, card, PayPal, or other available systems may be used.
Punto y Arte may request full or partial payment of the order before its preparation, reservation, supplier request, or shipment.
The order will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received or another condition has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Invoicing
Professional clients must provide correct tax details for invoice issuance, including legal name, NIF/CIF/VAT, registered address, email, and any other necessary information.
The client is responsible for providing correct and updated tax details.
In intra-community or international operations, additional data may be requested to verify the client's professional status and apply, if applicable, the appropriate tax treatment.
Changes, returns, and incidents
Wholesale orders are managed as professional orders and may be subject to specific conditions.
If the client receives an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, they must contact Punto y Arte as soon as possible, providing clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and received contents.
We will review the incident and offer an appropriate solution depending on the case: replacement, shipment of missing material, partial refund, credit, discount on a future order, or other agreed solution.
Returns of used, tampered with, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly verifiable products will not be accepted.
Returns due to change of mind, client excess stock, or errors not attributable to Punto y Arte must be previously accepted in writing and may be subject to specific conditions.
Responsibility of the professional client
The professional client is responsible for reviewing order information before confirming it, including references, quantities, prices, conditions, delivery address, and tax details.
They are also responsible for monitoring shipping, providing correct delivery details, and collecting the package within the timeframe indicated by the transport company.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete data, absence, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect for reasons not attributable to Punto y Arte, shipping, return, and other generated costs may be charged or deducted.
Brands, images, and commercial use
The purchase of wholesale products does not grant the client intellectual property rights over brands, designs, graphics, patterns, photographs, texts, or protected materials.
The use of images, logos, product photographs, catalogs, or commercial material provided by Punto y Arte or by the distributed brands must respect the conditions indicated by each owner.
Copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, or unauthorized use of graphics, patterns, designs, or materials protected by copyright is not permitted.
