Where can I see my points?
To check your points, log in to our online store:

Once on the website, you will see a button labeled “Puntos” (Points) at the bottom of the screen, usually in the lower left corner.
Click on the “Puntos” button.
A window will open where you can see:
Your available points
For example: “200 points”
You will also see several options:
Ways to earn
Here you can find out how to accumulate more points.
Ways to redeem
Here you can exchange your points for discounts.
Refer your friends
You can share a link with a friend so they receive a discount coupon.
Your activity
Here you can review your points movements.
How to redeem your points for a discount
To use your points, follow these steps:
Click the “Puntos” button on the website.
Go to “Formas de canjear” (Ways to redeem).
You will see the option:
Discount on order
100 points = 1 €
This means that for every 100 points, you can get a 1 € discount.
For example:
100 points = 1 € discount
200 points = 2 € discount
300 points = 3 € discount
Click on “Ver” (View).
Select the amount of points you want to use.
Click the “Canjear” (Redeem) button.
After redeeming the points, the system will generate a discount coupon. Copy that coupon and use it in the cart or on the payment screen before finalizing your order.
Where do I enter the points coupon?
When you are finishing your purchase, you will see a space to enter a discount code.
There you should paste the coupon generated with your points.
Then click Apply or wait for the website to apply it automatically.
You will see the discount reflected in the order total before paying.
Very important: always check that the discount is applied before finalizing the purchase.
How to accumulate points
You can see all the ways to earn points by clicking on the “Puntos” button and then on “Formas de ganar” (Ways to earn).
Normally, you can accumulate points for actions such as buying in our store or participating in the options available within the points program.
You can also use the “Recomienda a tus amigos” (Refer your friends) option.
From there, you can share a link with a friend. If your friend uses that link, they can receive a discount coupon, and you can also benefit according to the program's conditions.
How to refer Punto y Arte to a friend
Within the points panel, you will find the option:
“Recomienda a tus amigos” (Refer your friends)
There you will see a special link that you can copy or share.
You just have to click “Compartir” (Share) or copy the link and send it via WhatsApp, email, or message.
Your friend can use that link to receive their reward, for example, a discount coupon.
I can't find the points button, what do I do?
If you don't see the “Puntos” button, try the following:
Refresh the page.
Wait a few seconds for the website to load.
Check that you don't have ad blockers or pop-up blockers activated.
Try from another browser or from a computer.
If you still don't see it, you can write to us and we will help you.
I have points, but I don't know how to use them
