Gütermann Maraflex yarn is made from 100% polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) using Gütermann's exclusive Micro Core Technology®. This coating process with polyester microfilaments gives the thread great elasticity and resistance. Furthermore, it is suitable even for low stitch densities with double topstitching.

This elastic thread is perfect for sewing knitted fabrics, highly elastic fabrics and garments such as sportswear, underwear, swimsuits, as well as for sewing on shoes and leather goods. You can use it on home sewing machines and get long-lasting and flexible results.
