The plain fabric is absolutely straight, that is, the weft and warp have the same number of threads. These fabrics are suitable for openwork embroidery, for which the fabric must be absolutely square. In addition, our counted stitch fabrics have a firmer finish so that they can be embroidered easily without a frame.
